He has a post-graduate DESS degree in tax law from the Dijon Law School and an International Diploma in European Tax Law from the Brussels Management School (Fiscal Sciences), and began his career in the legal and tax department of a major French bank located in Luxembourg, where he developed expertise in the field of estate engineering. He continues to participate regularly in tax seminars in Luxembourg, where he is also a practising attorney.Following this initial experience, he joined a French firm specialised in estate management, company transfers, and tax audits and litigation.He founded the firm in 2005. Since that time, he has assisted the firm’s clients with the legal and fiscal structuring of their projects.He contributes to the creation, development, restructuring and transfer of business activities. He has developed particular experience in the acquisition and sale of companies.He partners daily with decision-makers in companies and groups of companies to provide exclusive advice.He provides legal counsel to families and individuals, and helps them structure and protect their assets and transfer them with an eye to preventing and/or defusing possible family disputes.He supports French and foreign clients in the acquisition, ownership, sale and transfer of real estate assets located in France.
He assists foreign clients with their paperwork on arriving in France.
Finally, he offers to prepare and monitor companies’ and individuals’ tax audits, and to support the latter in implementing defence strategies.

She began her career with a legal firm affiliated with Ernst & Young where she worked on tax issues (corporate tax, VAT, business tax, tax audits and litigation, etc.) in the industrial and then the insurance sectors.Following this experience, she joined the French firm Jeantet&Associés, where she took part in acquisition transactions and restructurings, and supported several French and foreign groups with their development in France and abroad.In 2006, she took the entrepreneurial route and joined the firm’s founder to continue to serve the needs of the firm’s French and foreign clients in both tax and business law.She primarily works alongside foreign investors to advise them with regard to French legal specificities, propose actions to take and help them structure their development in France and their shareholder relations. She also supports them in the day-to-day monitoring and development of their business in France.In crisis situations (economic, internal conflicts, conflicts between shareholders, changes of management, governance issues, etc.), she liaises between the various players and seeks with them the most appropriate solution for continuing the business and/or project.Her experience with audits and transactions allows her to provide efficient support to clients for their company acquisition and sales projects.Her ambition is to « Participate in the success of the projects of the firm’s French and foreign clients ».
Cedulie Boulay has a DJCE degree, a, Master II Coroprate and business law of the University of Caen, a certificate of specialization in corporate law. She graduated as a lawyer (CAPA degree) and joined the firm in 2013.Previously, she worked for two years at the firm Fidal and has also gained experience in the tax department of Natixis Global Asset Management .Her training and experience enable her to effectively advise clients in the field of business and tax law.More specifically, in tax law, she follows-up tax disputes and organizes the defense of clients .
She advises companies and individuals on the selection and structuring of any type of tax (income tax, wealth tax, corporate tax, VAT, etc.).
She also prepares tax returns for individuals (income tax, wealth tax).
She also supports non-residents in real estate acquisitions in France and in organizing these acquisitions.
As for Business law, she sets-up companies, reorganize them and is involved in M&A operations
She holds a post-graduate Master’sII degree in tax law from the University of Dijon, an international degree in European tax law, and passed the bar exam after completing courses at the Paris Law School (EFB).
She shares the same background and values as the founders of the firm, which she joined in 2008.
She focuses particularly on preparing and monitoring tax audits.
She also organises campaigns to assist with income and wealth tax declarations, as well as participating in decisions relating to estate structuring and transfers for private clients.
In business law, she actively supports the firm’s clients in creating companies, and developing, managing and restructuring groups.
She has developed experience in the acquisition and sale of shares in companies, and has organised many sales of businesses.

After studying law at Paris I University, Dyana joined the firm while continuing her education at ESAS and ENADEP, where she specialised in managing litigation procedures and drafting and monitoring legal documentation for courts and registries. As the administrative and legal assistant, she is the interface between the courts, the registries, the firm and its clients.
As personal assistant to the firm’s attorneys, she organises meetings and telephone conferences with the clients.
She serves as office manager and is the exclusive contact for all suppliers.
